my practice is an expression of radical self love. uniting body and mind, embracing embodiment as an act of social justice. working through discomfort with courage. accepting who we show up as today.

i teach a hatha/restorative style class for all levels. encouraging agency and facilitating an opportunity for rest. classes are playful and low stakes.
